| Client Rights & Responsibilities - Registering a Complaint |
To register a complaint, we ask that you call Lakeland Pharmacy and ask to speak with a customer service representative.
Your situation will be investigated and action will be taken either at the time of your call or when the appropriate manager is available. Each complaint is documented and reviewed by management. It is our goal to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
If you feel your situation has not been adequately resolved, we encourage you to request to speak to our Director of Home Medical.
