Placing an Order

To place an order, call our Customer Service Department. For phone numbers, please refer to our staff contacts page. It is important that you do not wait until you are completely out of supplies before you call to reorder. We suggest you keep at least a weeks supply on hand at all times. Please call during our normal business hours of 9:00AM – 5:00PM. Of course, we service all of our customers 24 hours/day, 365 days/year. We will always attempt to meet your needs in an emergency situation if necessary.

After Hours Information

We Realize that health care needs are not limited to specific hours and days. For this reason we have staff on call at all times for emergency situations and for after hour set-ups of medical equipment. To access our on-call service, please call 417-231-1111.

Delivery of Supplies and Equipment

Lakeland Pharmacy uses 3 methods to deliver supplies and equipment to customers: Lakeland Pharmacy delivery vehicles, United Parcel Service, and the United States Post Office. When you call in orders for routine supplies, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. If your need is urgent, we can deliver the same day via our delivery vehicles.

For oxygen deliveries, Lakeland Pharmacy has established routes on specific days. Of course, if you run low on oxygen or associated supplies, we will gladly deliver any time and any day.

Our goal is to make delivery of supplies as convenient as possible for you. Please advise us of any alternate address that may be used if it is more convenient for you (EX: workplace, vacation home, relatives' address, etc).
