• Oxygen portable system includes the regulator and the cart/bag/typically the patient will bring this with them.
• Lakeland Pharmacy has E and M6 cylinders available; please specify how many tanks and what size will be needed for the stay.
• Oxygen portable concentrator is subject to availability.
• Lakeland pharmacy does not have liquid oxygen available. We would suggest Apria Healthcare @ 417-890-0551 or American HomePatient @ 417-869-6708. These companies deliver liquid oxygen to the Branson area.
• Additional unscheduled after hour deliveries will be charged to the patient at 50.00 per hour plus mileage of .48 cents per mile. (Unless there is something wrong with our equipment)
• All fees will be collected upon delivery, unless other arrangements are made. We do take all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, etc.)
• The above charges may be prorated down or up at the discretion of the representative for Lakeland Pharmacy if there are special circumstances that may come up.
